Uriah Young is a basketball media personality, writer, and host known for his storytelling and insightful conversations about the game. With years of experience covering the NBA for The Sixer Sense and Philly Sports Network, Uriah has built a reputation for blending basketball analysis with human stories that connect players and fans on a personal level.

His work spans interviews with players, coaches, and insiders, as well as creative projects that celebrate the culture, history, and evolution of the sport.

As the creator and host of “NBA Now and Then,” Uriah brings a fresh, authentic voice to basketball media—bridging generations of fans through thoughtful discussion, humor, and respect for the game’s roots.

Lucas Johnson has been a passionate basketball and football fan since the age of 10. With over eight years of experience as a sports writer for FanSided, he has served as Co-Site Expert for Valley of the Suns and The Sixer Sense, as well as a contributor for NFL Spin Zone, where he covered the Washington Commanders.

In addition to his writing career, Lucas has been active in podcasting since 2019. He currently co-hosts NBA Now & Then: The Greatest Comparisons, 14 Rings: An NFC East Podcast, and The Sixer Sense Podcast, where he continues to share his insight and passion for the game with fans across multiple platforms.

While Maurice Huggins is a professional chef, he is also passionate about sports. Whether it is football or basketball, Maurice is a die-hard Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers fan. He has been a podcaster and interviewer since 2023. 

His work can be found on NBA Now & Then, where he provides comparative analysis of NBA legends and contemporary players. His segment dives into the teammates that have helped build successful franchises next to our featured NBA star comparisons. Additionally, Maurice contributes to the 14 Rings: An NFC East podcast, offering insights into the NFC East Division, with a specific focus on the Philadelphia Eagles.

Ben Franczuszki is an actor and writer with an array of roles and appearances. Whether it is commercial acting or dramatic portrayal, Ben has a wide range of acting performances. Ben’s appearances on television shows like 911, NCIS LA, and The Staircase have elevated his career in Hollywood. 

When it comes to sports, Ben has been a lifelong NBA and Philadelphia 76ers fan. He co-hosts NBA Now & Then, where he enjoys comparing basketball stars from different eras. Ben’s accolades segment offers an overview of the remarkable awards NBA stars have earned throughout the decades.
